Kirk McGee * (Performer/Writer): Kirk McGee is an award-winning actor and playwright with a background in clowning, whose career spans theater, film, and television. McGee has appeared in numerous off-Broadway and regional productions, including Philly Shakespeare, StageWorks Hudson Theater, and Cherry Lane Theater. On television, he has appeared in "Are We There Yet?" (recurring), "Law & Order," and "Sesame Street." He has received nominations for his portrayal of the title character in "Chasing Taste" (Amazon) at the Idyllwild International Film Festival and VisionFest. Recently, McGee was awarded a performance grant from the Cafe Royal Cultural Foundation for his solo show, "The Honorable Herbert Peabody." Corey Atkins (Director) is an NYC-based director, writer, and creative producer. As a director, he’s worked with theatre companies around the country, including Lincoln Center, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, The Acting Company, and the 2015 Tony-winning Cleveland Play House, where he was Associate Producer from 2011-16. As a writer, his screenplays have twice been named ‘Second Rounders’ by the Austin Film Festival, and the short film he wrote and directed, September, screened at multiple festivals in 2024-25. (IG: @septemberthefilm) He is also Artistic Content Producer for Obie-winning new play company The Playwrights Realm.
Max Evans (Production Stage Manager) is a Union NJ based Actor/Director/Stage Manager. He is thrilled to be joining the Peabody Team. Recent performance credits include Our Town at American Theatre Group (Howie Newsome) , The Mighty Four at Vivid Stage (Zach/Others), Footloose at Pines Dinner Theatre (Willard), American Idiot at Actors Studio NJ (Theo), Tick Tick … Boom (Jon). Other recent credits include: My Fair Lady at American Theatre Group (ASM) Bat Boy at Catalyst Theatre (PSM) Ordinary Girls at Rogue Theatre Festival (PSM).
